Quite simply one of the greatest TV series ever made, so it is easy to see why a limited edition set was created based on this show as it will endear forever. If you are yet to watch it, put it on your watch list now for binge watch!. For the most this set part is decently made too.

All of the shows popular characters make an appearance with an image still of them from the show. The categories make sense and are relatable to the show’s storyline, the bio’s are extensive in detailing each characters role and traits with a famous quote also included. The scoring, however is a bit mystifying specifically in the family values category, many of the characters seem to have this highly scored, making it somewhat a battle of family values in most cases, especially with the lesser known characters, which is a shame, as mostly the other categories and scores are relatively well balanced.

It can result in the game becoming a bit tedious due to this category’s effect and extends the play time significantly. Heisenberg is a worthy top trump, but its difficult to rank the cards because they mostly all have a value that can win a hand against top cards when you are calling, which lessens your joy at thinking that you acquired a strong card that’s tough to beat. It still plays a good game non the less.

The design is slightly dark with the numbers especially being hard to read in certain lighting. If you love the show its definitely worth picking this up.

Have you played the Breaking Bad Top Trumps set? What are your thoughts on the show and how these cards turned out? Share your experiences and let’s debate which song truly deserves the Top Trump card!
